DELIVERY & CUSTOM ORDERS

A few important points:

 

• DELIVERY 🚚 

Beauty Delivery is a fully online store (sorry, no exceptions!) . We use a courier to deliver products at a small fee ($3 *subject to changes). 

As the courier driver has multiple deliveries to make, we cannot guarantee a delivery time but will do our best to accommodate your requests. Please let us know ASAP if you will not be available so we can make alternate delivery arrangements. Reattempts to deliver will incur extra charges. 

 

• SPECIAL ORDERS 📦 ✈️

Beauty Delivery ZW takes custom orders for beauty products (with exceptions on certain products).

How to place an order:

1. Send a picture of the item to 0783 991 557 📷

2. Allow 24 - 48 hours for us to get back to you with a quote! ⏰

3. If you’re happy with the price, we will go ahead and place the order  🛒

4. Please note custom orders take 2-3 weeks to arrive ✈️

5. We will update you as soon as your item/s has arrived. Yay!  

We do not take orders for any other items such as clothing/kitchenware etc.
